Overview:

Maria joined Equity Engineering in 2018 as a Chemical Engineer with the Process Technology Team, where her work included projects on pressure relieving systems, tube rupture credibility, and insulation practices.  Her current work with CorrSolutions includes assisting with business operations as well as performing risk-based inspection assessments for assets in the oil & gas and fertilizer industries, with a particular focus on ammonia storage tanks.  Maria has also been actively involved in the systemization and circuitization of numerous facilities from initial systemization to final internal review.

Prior to Equity Engineering, Maria worked as a production supervisor at a beverage production facility.  She was responsible for leading a team of machine operators to meet daily production schedules and efficiency targets.  In addition, Maria worked extensively in new equipment start-up, creating procedures and documentation used to minimize operator response time and line downtime.
