Overview: 

Throughout his career, Julio has been deeply involved in risk-based inspection (RBI) implementations across diverse software platforms, including APM Meridium, PCMS, and PlantManager.  His experience spans across multiple industries, encompassing oil and gas, fertilizer, and paper pulping mills.  Within the realm of these RBI projects, his responsibilities have been comprehensive, allowing him to garner substantial expertise throughout the entire implementation process.

A notable achievement includes his development of a sophisticated series of Excel documents tailored for a client’s specific needs.  These documents were engineered to use VBA code to automatically generate APM loadsheets based on a concise set of inputs.  As a result of this innovative solution, a task that traditionally required hundreds of laborious hours could now be efficiently executed within a single workweek.  His proficiency in devising and implementing such streamlined processes not only saved substantial time but enhanced the overall operational efficiency of the client’s organization.

Julio’s proficiency spans across multiple key technical domains.  Through his involvement in APM loadsheets and database management, he has acquired technical proficiency in crafting and executing SQL queries.  Additionally, his experiences in streamlining operations for various clients has led him to develop proficiency in VBA, enabling him to automate various intricate processes.  Moreover, Julio’s active contribution to GitHub projects has honed his skills in Python coding, specifically in data transformation and the creation of engaging and interactive data sets for recreational applications.
